There will be no buggies out today. The course is still in great condition and drying out by the minute so hopefully they will be back available tomorrow. We do have 18 holes and look forward to seeing everyone here today.

Congratulations to Neil Lloyd who played a blinder on the back 9 holes to win the Captain’s Bell Trophy on countback from Frank Dodson, Mark Williams and Elwyn Hamer all of whom scored 39 points.

Captains Day will be on Sunday 3rd June with a Shotgun start at 11:00. The event is open to all 5 day, 7 day and Lifestyle members. Competitons will be held on every hole with a great variety of Prizes up for grabs. If you would like to enter please put your name on the entry sheet located in the Pro Shop. The entry fee is £5 plus £1 for the 2′s Sweep.
The aim of Captains Day is to raise as much money for the Captains Charity, St Michael’s Hospice. It is also a day for members to get together and have fun.
After the golf there will also be a BBQ available where we encourage members to bring their families too. The food has been fantastic lately and I am sure Anthony and his Kitchen Staff will yet again produce a great meal.
